An emerging Kenyan coffee powerhouse
Under the leadership of Chairman Abraham Kiptoo, Kaptagat Scheme recorded over 25,000 tonnes of coffee cherries last season. As one of six primary cooperatives in Uasin Gishu — with a combined capacity estimated at 150,000 tonnes — we are transitioning toward direct sales, premium pricing, and better returns for every member farmer.
